Take the GVWR,
Subtract the unloaded weight with full D fuel @ 7# per gal, LP @ 4.2# per gal, water 8,3#,

subtract the number of adults it can sleep (approx. 155# pp)

your result is the approx. CCC. cargo carrying capacity
