I'm still not sure what the answer is.
If it's in storage, with a flat, and you have an inflated spare, will GSERS change the tire, free of charge?

Mike. Comments are anecdotal or personal opinions, and worth what you paid for them.

Vanesa said yes just above.

Vanesa did not say the OP could choose the service company and have all tires replace while they were out there anyway and be fully reimbursed by GSERS.

No, she didn't say "yes". She simply quoted the FLAT TIRE SERVICE section of the Platinum Roadside Assistance Brochure, which is what I'm doing again.

"FLAT TIRE SERVICE
A service technician will replace a flat tire with your inflated spare or we’ll tow your vehicle to the nearest professional service center. On occasion and whenever possible, we will make arrangements for the Member to purchase a tire(s) for delivery to the disablement scene. So if you have an inflated spare, you're good to go. If not, they cover their costs of delivering the tire, but that's it. You pay for everything else. It's the added text that didn't apply in this case, that made me question the entire answer. Clear as mud.

The red part was answered. Now you are adding no spare available.

I believe the answer said they would bring a spare(at your cost) and mount it(for additional fee) and the trip fee only is included as part of the prepaid service. And some posts report the tire may cost 3x what you could buy it yourself. Clear to me. Best to just call the number when in need, pay what they ask and get on down the road.
