Customer Service is Absent

March 13, I placed an order with CW, part of the order arrived 3-17, the remaining ordered items arrived 3-22, about what I expected, 10 calendar days.
April 1, I placed another order, Friday the 9th, I inquired on the status as there were no updates on the CW website. The only information given to me was what I already knew, the order was sent to the warehouse and was in process. I kindly asked the order be cancelled if that was her best answer. I was told, once the order is sent to the warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
I've been a defender of CW in the past, but no more. Sorry CW.
