dust problem, new seals fold down door on attitude toyhauler

my 2007 attitude 33' is showing daylight thru the rear seals,,, has anyone found a good replacement seal that has some heavy duty adhesive and is extra squishy for best dust sealing on dirt roads? thanks

not seen a toy hauler that doesn't have daylight around the door, especially at the bottom.

Mine seals up just fine.
