We have an 03 F350, the passenger seatbelt when you lean foreward sometimes locks up when you are trying to get into the glovebox. It will do this when just sitting in the driveway. The belt unrolls out of the top of the seat. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks
It is a safety feature for child seats. Do not pull the belt all the way out before fastening it. If you pull it all the way out it is designed to only get tighter and does not allow it to loosen If you only pull it out enough to fasten the belt instead of all the way, then it should allow both loosening and tightening as your body moves.
How level is the truck when setting in the driveway? Some of the seat belts use a pendulum to lock the belt and a substantial off level condition will lock them.

I tried pulling seatbelt out only enough to fasten it and it works like a champ, I leaned foreward 20X and no problems. Talked to my wife, she says she pulls belt out all the way before she fastens it so problem solved. Thanks
