I have a Cedar Creek 36CKTS fiver' that I now see that the one 12V house battery seems not to be charging, as our fiver' is stationary and plugged in 24/7 while at our campsite I am at a loss as to why. If someone has any ideas also the proper way to diagnose it would be appreciated,,,

Thanks in advance

A good place to start would be to thoroughly clean the battery terminal posts and cable clamps. You may also do a voltage measurement on the cables when disconnected from the offending battery to make certain that you are getting power to the cable clamps. Once certain that you are getting power to the battery......check the battery. The battery may be bad and “not” accepting a charge! If the battery is bad, and the pair are a year or more old.....I recommend changing “both” batteries. With both batteries the same age, you get a better charge balance with the batteries! memtb

Do you have a battery switch inside? Need to select ON or IN USE.

100% this is the problem. If it's the "Red Key" battery disconnect, a lot of times found in the front pass through compartment, if the key can be removed, your battery is disconnected. Turn the key. The wording on the switch is confusing.

Wow! Did I misread the OP! I thought that one of the 2 or more batteries was not charging. Am I to believe this unit has “only” one battery!

“If” the unit only has one battery.....I agree, the battery switch is likely the problem!

Or.....if is like our 5th wheel, it may have a “resettable” breaker that may have tripped. This happened to us in April. I do not know why we got the trip.....but it prevented the batteries from being charged by the solar panels or the tow vehicle! memtb
