Headed to Escondido but will need to stop at either Yuma or Indio depending on which route we decide on. Typically we stop at one of the casinos and park for free but it is now summer and way too hot to stop without A/C.
Where is an RV park with easy on/off highway access to stop for the night? Somewhere easy to pull into spot after dark.

In Yuma I would suggest Caravan Oasis. We actually stay there on purpose in January and they have spots for overnighters for easy in and out pull thru. Right across from the pool and Laundry if needed.
In Indio Spotlight 29 and just run your Genny if you need to.

We get a motel room if we have to stop in 100+ weather. The Days Inn exit 142 43505 Monroe St, Indio, CA 92201 has large vehicle parking.
