I have been looking at the new ram 3500 CC LB DRW 4x4 trucks and yesterday the wife and I found one as it was being delivered to the dealer. Wife gave the OK so We bought it. 2021 Big Horn high output diesel 420 HP/1075 TQ with the aisin tranny, 50 gal tank and more options than on all my previous trucks combined. This thing is leaps and bounds more powerful than my last diesel which was a 2006 F350 6.0. I have to get a new hitch for the fiver as this one has the factory puck system. I will have to change my user name as well LOL. I haven't been active lately but have been a member under 4 user names since 2004. Just had to share So excited!!!!!

You made the first post. People gave info. You said you would try to post a pic.

What else have you added? This is how it is. One thing leads to another.

Oui... Oui...

Fiat Qui-Qui's built south of the border and serviced by knuckle dragging morons.

LOL.
The dodge fan boys hate the dodge/ram dealerships. Now that I have owned a Mexican Fiat Oui-Oui, I understand why.

You should give a B&W a try. I have tried the Chinese Made Curt. Itโ€™s definitely not user friendly. My in-law disliked his Ram/Curt.

My Curt was very user friendly. No issues what so ever.

I read the same narcissistic rants about what a POS my 18 year old two jaw 15k Classic Reese was. Never had any trouble with it. Sold it to a friend and installed it in his truck and itโ€™s serving him well. Iโ€™m sure the Curt is a fine hitch as well. Dang sure better looking than the b&w.

I agree 100%. I was inactive for years because of people that brag about their stuff being the only way to do things and belittling anyone that offered a different opinion.

Thinking seriously of leaving again. It seems that little or nothing has changed. It's a shame because the majority of participants have a lot to offer !!!

Also, my apologies Wills6.4 Hemi, for being part of getting this post off topic. Congratulations on the new truck !!!

I cant get the photos to post. I will be happy to send them to someone who can lol

Some of us would love to see the pics of your new truck. I know I would!
Here is what I do.
I open a second tab in my browser and load this.
This link has provisions to point to the picture on your computer. Click Select and it will give you the menu to choose and upload the pic.
Then it will give you the URL to copy. Copy that as it is given and simply paste the whole thing into your post.

I like doing it in a separate tab because you can have the post open you are posting the pics in, and you can have the above URL open in another to upload as many as you want to post.

If that doesn't work for you, send them to me and I will be happy to do it for you. PM me.

And yes, off topic indeed.

As do I.

I've got the 20K sliding Ram hitch which is a Curt as well and it has been trouble free for the past 7 years. It is by far the heaviest hitch I have had, though...

"LOL... And cummins12V98 is worried about a hitch made in China but never reports his Ram is made in Mexico by a French owned company."

Yes this is true. It is assembled in Mexico with mostly US Made parts including the engine. Do I wish it were Made in USA? YEP but the alternative that you own with an engine that is Made in Mexico cancels that out.

Everyone should do their best NOT to buy Made in China products when possible. I am sure many have no idea that's where their 5er hitches are made as Curt is VERY deceiving on their website about where they manufacture all their parts. I have a Curt ball coupler that is US Made and of good quality.

I don't just say don't buy a Curt, I give good reasons why they are not the best option.
