It is farther than I want to drive in one day.

Perhaps this may help?

Thanks all.Yes we are waking up early and driving in one day from sturgis to Buffalo Bill state Park outside of Cody. I guess i was more worried about the road and the grade. From sturgis to gillette to buffalo and on to cody. I found diesel fuel stops and a rest area. The mountain pull is my unknown. I know it will be a long day but the getting there is part of our adventure! Never been up there before so sightseeing along the way will be awesome for us, no kids, just me and dh!
