Working our way back to St. Louis from spearfish, SD in mid to late Sept. and was looking at either Hall county park, NE or Mormon Island SRA, NE for a night or two. More than likely two.
26" B+ needing only electric, but water is also nice. Possible a shower and a dump station.
Any experience/preferences? Pros and cons.

thanks

We have stayed at Mormon Island quite a few times since we moved to CO. We lived in Grand Island and the area for quite a few years and it is a good campground. They have expanded to the 2nd lake and the sites on lake 2 are a bit larger. You should get a reservation as they only have a couple of first come sites. Mormon Island has easier access to I-80 and more open areas. They do have a good dump station and water available for filling you fresh water tank.

Can't help you with those Nebraska stops. Check out the Bessey Recreation Complex near Halsey, NE, nice spot.
