Dealer said he would put in a claim with Dometic.
Not holding my breath.
Do you think the material has shrunken?

next time put the stop screws just outside the fabric ends, not through the fabric.

I agree! Looks like it tore right where the screw goes through.
Do you use an awning tie down?

I have used ties in the past but never with this one.
Was thinking the same about the screw placement. Why would they put it through the fabric??

Does the dealer have a guarantee for their workmanship? 30 day? 1 year? What is the Dometic warranty? Seems like you have an issue with the installer and they need to fix it. What do they say about their workmanship?
