Hello,
We are looking for a Class A Floorplan in the 100-150k range 1-3 yrs old. I was wondering if anyone could give us some
recommendations. Here is what we would like to see:
- Recliners, Sofa & dinnete floorplan
- Washer Dryer hookups
- Comfortable bathroom space with room to change, storage, 10g water heater and residential style shower
- 2 ACs
- Pantry
- 38 ft long or less
- Automatic bed in front
- King size bed with good walk around space and dresser storage
- Outside TV with over 18ft awning
- 80g fresh water, 60+ gray and 60+ black
- Bright and airy with large slideouts
- Good counter space
- Gas
Any help directing us towards a well built Class A with the above configuration would be appreciated.

Winnebago Sightseer 36z, or Winnebago Adventurer 36z. The Winnebago Adventurer 38q is also a nice unit. May have to do something about the recliners, depending on model year. There also Tiffin Allegro Open Road models that might fit in, but you will likely have to go a bit older to get into your price range. The thing we don't like about the Tiffins is that they don't seem to include dual pane windows. A necessity for us. Good luck.
We found a 2018 Sightseer 36z that has all our/your wants - the recliners is actually a reclining sofa with footrests. If that doesn't work for us, we will remove it and install two recliners.
Still waiting for the title to transfer.
