One tire wearing unevenly

Our Coachmen Brookstone 305RL 5th had been wrecked when we bought it. Appears that it ran off the road and axle broke/bent. The bottom of the passenger side frame/I-beam is dented/turned up but I don't thing the frame is bent. We have pulled it over 12k miles and the tire that is directly behind the dent is becoming slick on the outside. This is the only tire that is wearing. The tires were balanced before mounting. The axle was replaces so it can't be that the axle is bent. Any ideas why only one tire would wear?

Yes, definitely not an RV shop!

And that would be a heavy duty truck/trailer shop, not an RV dealer.

An alignment shop that does trailers should be able to find and fix problem,
