Getting help from ALISON

Have you ever tried to get help from ALISON ?

Their ability to talk to any one is very limited.
All I want to is what pin does what on the Transmission module.

this is what you must do to get this info.
(( That said, you can find WTEC 3 Tech Data on the HUB by going to Engineering > Tech Data > Out-of-Production Transmissions and Controls > WTEC-III Controls. From that point, you can find the system schematics via the Installation Drawings link. ))

Always a **** shoot with almost any customer service. There are a few that really shine though, Winnebago and Freightliner have been the best for me.

Sadly, such is the case with more and more companies these days. It can be a very difficult task to actually come into contact with someone who is willing/capable of providing substantive help with a problem. I've been there/done that.
