Water heater only heats COLD water initially...after heated it reheats Hot Water cause 110*F temp is considered HOT water

Therefore it is perfectly acceptable to refer to it as a Hot Water Heater

Otherwise....get over yourselves.

Is it time for your medication or mine?

I would be more concerned with a dark green hose in the hot sun all day, that water must stink of plastic and is surely not a hose suitable for a drinking water system. If you must use an unsafe hose, at least run it off till fresh water flushes it out and then fill your tank and put the hose away.
