Heh. I see all the Canada geese around here and I think, they didn't get tested or vaccinated and they didn't even go through customs. Too bad we can't collect some fines to help pay our bills! [emoticon]

But yeah, if you lie about that stuff and produce fake documents, you deserve to get caught. And fined.

Yeah...our geese just cannot seem to stay home. There really ought to be a penalty attached to those rascals.

Wonder why they aren't vaccinating the illegal aliens before they ship them all over the country????? You would think that would be the first thing they would do.

If the fines do not work, are they also banned from Canadian travel? Are Americans still turned back at the border for a DUI conviction? Maybe that would be more effective than just money.
