Have you made an attempt to contact the manufacturer to see if they could guide you to a resolution? August 17th found us nearly halfway to our destination in Pennsylvania, and I couldn't locate my heart meds in the TT. Mistakenly attempted opening one of the slides to get into the closet without grounding and leveling it. Our "In Command" retaliated and erased that slide. I contacted Dutchman, the manufacturer, and they walked me through a couple of steps to correct it. Nothing worked. The gave me the phone number to A.S.A, the engineers in control of "In Command" and in three short instructions, I had full control again. Two weeks have gone by now, and no bills from either. You have the same leveling system as our DENALI has.

Thanks. I am too tired to do anything else tonight. I sent a chat message to Lippert earlier. But no response. Yet.

I called the phone number on the brochure to get hold of a person and it took less than half an hour to get the resolution to my mess up. I didn't want to catch someone at their computer.

Unless it's really complicated perhaps you could share how you resolved your issue. Especially if it's the same leveling system.

Manual override of the hydraulic jacks wasn’t very difficult. Used impact wrench and Allen wrench.

Going to buy a new control panel and see if that solves the issue.

Replaced the Lippert panel. More lights come on. But. The LCD does not.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I have ordered the control module that is in the front storage compartment.. maybe it will do the trick

FYI figured out that after opening the valve for the front legs... we could hit a slide out button and the front legs would raise and level.. little easier than the impact wrench in side the storage compartment.
