I have used it but now use RootsMagic more.

Dale & Steve,

Thanks for the tip on Roots Magic.

It appears to be a pretty close clone of Family Tree Maker. My FTM version is over 10 years old and I cannot find a source to provide a FTM update.

Roots Magic will apparently open and deal with FTM files. I have a FTM file with about 5,000 people in it and would hate to have to re-input all of that data into a new program.

I'll try Roots Magic and see how it goes.
