Tomorrow I'll be cooking a campfire breakfast in cast iron for visiting family.
Steak
Eggs
Sauteed peppers and onions
Grits
Hot tea and coffee.
The grits are really good when done over a wood-fueled campfire. The smoke flavors it up and when topped with butter they're lip-smacking. Can't wait.
