We have had GS Roadside Platinum+ for 4+ years. Used it once for a rear dually blowout, we had a mounted spare. 45 min. from my call to being back on the road. And we received several follow-up calls from dispatch asking how things were going.
We are well satisfied, for now. Hope to never need the service again.

Isn't that the truth. Poor Ella---our dog is named Ella and she probably would do as much good! Bottom line is they changed who handled their road service and it has been down here from there.

I am a member and thankfully never had to use it and hope I do not. Seems the administrator spends an awful lot of time apologizing and looking into the complaints but nothing seems to correct it. Tell Marcus too many people are not happy. If you are not happy Marcus is not happy (so he says).
