Just heard about this, know nothing about it.

Someone told me there are companies that will take your RV, and you'll just get a check every month.

Anyone have good experience with this?

Yes, there are companies that will rent out your RV for you. How you repair it when you get it back from rental is up to you.

Seriously, considering how finicky these rolling habitats can be, would you really consider renting it out? The only way I would consider it is if I didn't plan on using the trailer myself, and didn't pay very much for it.

If ya gotta have it and the only way to keep it to enjoy yourself is to let it at least partially pay for itself then it ain’t a bad option I suppose.
Could turn out fine, might be a hassle

[emoticon] Hi, one of the main reasons for buying a trailer was to have a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room that no-one else uses or has used.

The Marketing Experts probably make renting out your RV sound like a good deal.

I guarantee your current insurance will not cover it. Look into insurance specifically to cover the renting of your RV, then make your decision. I think you'll be surprised at not only the limited availability of such coverage, but also the high cost of it (that is, if you can find it at all).
