Phoeniz to Salt Lake City

Hi folks, Looking for suggestions for a scenic route next May from Phoenix to Salt Lake taking in some National Parks along the way. I have about week. Thanks.

I would looking at taking US 89 most of the way.
Side trip to see Sedona, AZ red cliffs. There is an african wildlife parknear Rimrock, AZ.
Montezuma National Monument near Rimrock
Side trip into South Rim Grand Canyon via I-40 and AZ 64. Return to US 89 via 64 coming onto US 89 at Cameron
North of Page is a small dinosaur museum and exhibit.
Several places to stay at Mt Carmel to daytrip into Zion Natlional Park.
Venturesome like us, would go to North Rim via US-89A
North Kanab is a large animal rescue facility.
Moqui Cave is worth a short stop north of Kanab
Mt Carmel has some places to stay for day tripping into Zion.
Bryce and Staircase is a short days running to the north.
Many things to see! I would be looking at more then a week!
