4x4 Class C ?

Are there any manufacturers still offering a Class C 4x4 that is not on a sprinter or transit chassis? I’m looking for something in the 25-28’ range that sleeps 5/6 comfortably but can’t find anything, nor do I know where to look.
For Sale:Twin Ultra Power HD 6 volt batteries in excellent condition. Very similar to Trojan T-105's. Located in MA. Email Brazenheadbeer@gmail.com

I agree 100%!

With the tremendous weight bias that a Class C has on it's dual set, having the rear differential be a locking one should provide all the traction needed in any situation where a Class C has any business being in.

Hoping beyond hope, I even crawled underneath mine to check the differential ID tag on my E450 Class C to see if maybe it came stock with a locker/limited slip ... but it didn't.

I think this U.S. company does offer just about the same thing here:

Keep in mind the comfort and safety for 5/6 people while rolling down the road.
Seating with seatbelts. Dinette seatbelt riding is usually not comfortable.

Do outside the US, maybe an Econoline conversion?

Have you looked at Phoenix Cruiser? Some of these floorplans might fit your specifications. All of the Phoenix RV's seem to have a 4x4 option. https://www.phoenixusarv.com/learn-more-about-the-phoenix--cruiser#floorplans-row

Does Gary sell 4x4 Class C’s? Or is Gary just a nice guy who holds a good conversation thus you feel I should talk to him?

Wow, sorry, it seems a few of the regulars around here didn’t put on their helpful pants this morning….
And I’m sure J&C were looking for an Earthroamer and couldn’t find the website….

For a reasonable price range, converting a used unit will be your best option. Cost for 4x4 alone from Quigley is $22k range. Absolutely worth it if you go off the grid like I do 95% of the time. And remember, it’s still a BIG BOX and not an off road vehicle. Use with extreme care.

It's a little bigger than your 28 foot target, but Nexus sells a 30 foot Super C 4WD Rebel:

Thor sells some Super C 4WD's too, but they too may be a little bigger than you're looking for:
