Just wondering and thinking while I was driving. The last ones usually leave around the new year (lots of folks like to be with family for Christmas). I would say the peak is probably Nov/Early December before the really bad weather sets in but that varies by where your home is. Last year left Christmas day and came back here, NC, middle March. But my primary residence is near Baltimore and I have a 1/2 way home here in central NC so I just go where the weather is best.
