Quebec 389 (from labrador city to Baie Comeau

We drove from newfoundland through labrador and then quebec in 2013. We are aiming to do it again. Our plan is to break up the Quebec 389 part and we will overnight in Gagnon but is there ANYWHERE to pull off before that and after Lab city. I don't remember that there was much of anything. It will be in a 25 foot class c/no toad. Just needs to be big enough to fit us and bonus points for off the road...

I did some more research yesterday and it looks like relais gabriel MAY have a few campsites so good option.

Thanks for the website as i did not have that one...will take a look. I do have some mile guides as well.

Looking forward to trip #3 (2 in labrador).

I assume you have this site... http://nilabradort.myddns.me:8989/artistic/dteed/labrador.htm

We used it when we did the "road" and ferry from Goose Bay back in the '90s.
Stayed overnight at Churchill Falls with electric hookups at the community center and a great tour underground of the powerplant facility. GREAT TRIP!!

And there is a place in Relais Gabriel that rent out small cottages, you may be able to stay there with your RV.

If you have been there I assume you know there is nothing in Gagnon. I rode thru there in 2019 on my dirt bike. I am sure you will easily find a place to pull over off the road and boondock. Keep in mind that the dirt sections between Baie Comeau and Lab City are very slick and messy in any type of rain.
