While I feel this should be in the General forum, it is this gathering place.
We missed the shows and sales in "Q" last year and there were several items I normally buy from the dealer who sells American made tools and a few other stores. This has never been our primary reason for going to "Q" but this year was different and we just wanted to do some shopping.
Boy have things changed in two years! The covid economy seems to have affected how many nendors were at the various sale venues. The traffic was the worse we have ever experienced and there seemed to be a greater number of newbys. The camping areas seemed to be busier but many folks we have seen and visited with were not in their usual spots.
We had to leave the RV at home due to time and health concerns and so with little to see and do we pulled up stakes and left after only one full day.

We were there for the first time and spent two weeks at LaPosa south. The area certainly filled up as it got closer to the big tent opening. However, we were extremely disappointed in the tent. It seemed to us to be filled with a bunch of junk vendors. Don't know if that is normal but we all agreed that the RV show in Richmond VA was much better. Several of the vendors in the tent were very agressive when walking by but that was probably because it was not crowded inside except for maybe the first day which we did not attend. We will go back but not during the RV show.

We were there for four days a week ago. The entire area was considerably more packed than the previous year. The tent was jammed with people within half hour of opening. It appears this year will be a success for the businesses in town and show vendors.

We have been going the last 15 years. There were definitely more people and vendors this year compared to the covid years, but nothing like what it was 10 years ago.
We stay at an RV park right on main st and didn't wait any more than a minute to pull out onto the street each time we wanted to go somewhere. As always, had a good time and purchased several things for the rv.

We were there for 2 weeks. Our next door neighbor is a salesman at RV country outside the tent. He said that they made a killing this year sold more unit s the ever. The prices seemed to be very high to me.

Spent a few days at mile post 99 with all the ham radio guys. Not as much traffic as in the past but more than last year. New junk in the tent but nothing we couldn't live without. Weather was pretty good
