The inverter shouldn't trip with a residential frig. There is something else wrong in the electrical system.

Sure got a lot of problems. You will spend a lot of time and a lot of money fixing it up. And like was said above, you can't fix the rust. It's there.

The motor may be worth about $8000 but
not much for the rest.

Today is my personal best for most consecutive days alive.

My second walk around with the owner I got more info ie fuel gauge is on and off he Carry’s fuel cans, inverter trips out, missing and non functioning front blinds and door awning.

How much would this project the worth to pay for taking a gamble ?

Why take a gamble? There will be plenty more to choose from, plenty that have been much better maintained, and plenty that haven't spent their life in the rust belt.

My recommendation: Move on

why would you want to take this on? surely there are other RVs with similar age and prices that would not require the equivalent of a full-time job to get road worthy.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you. South FL is loaded with deals. Just watch out for those used in the carnival trade. Wore out and not maintained well.

As others have said, run. If you can see that many problems there has to be many more you don't see

Ditto! Run, don't walk away from this one! There are much much better units out there available for reasonable deals.

As others have said, this one has way too many things wrong with it, and that's only what you can see of it. Who knows what yet undiscovered hidden surprises there are?

Be patient and shop. Your patience will pay off in the end.
