Hi. All 3 of these valves are leaking.

I cut 1 out and bought a SharkBite PEX valve.
Apparently the lines look like (to me) PEX, but it’s not quite PEX.
The PEX rings just wad up the line, like this:

Any ideas?

Second photo shows a compression ring quite possible the wrong size.

I use this type PEX crimps
Inexpensive tool! Use same style on my sprinkler system.
Push to fit fittings are also good. Sharkbite is one brand but little higher in price.

I don't know what size tubing you have, but it looks looks like you used a 3/8" fitting when you need a 1/2" fitting.
