I’m sure we have all heard of the story of the people that followed their GPS and got stuck in the mountains where the husband died. Well these guys got together to retrieve it and bring it down along with their Kia. Sad story for sure. But this video will give you an idea of how far they went!
So please, don’t blindly follow your GPS!

I watched part of it. Sad story, for sure, but good publicity for Diesel Brothers!
They probably could use the good publicity since the EPA neutered them.

Very sad story, and a cautionary tale for all of us. The recovery of the vehicles in that video certainly appeared well done and respectful. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, very sad story.
I just can't help but wonder what went through their mind as they drove through those crazy roads.
I'd like to think I woulda stopped a lot sooner and either turned around or got into the Kia sooner. But, it's easy to second guess, not being there.
Tragic story. Thoughts and prayers for Beverly and the whole family.

So true. My Garmin wanted to take me, towing my 5er, thru the 4x4 only back road into Great Sand Dunes National Park. Fortunately I knew better as I always review planned routes before ever hitting the road.
Just one of a number of mistakes by 3 different brand GPS units.

Google maps is the worst! It doesn’t seem to take into account if a road is private or not.

Or if there's a locked gate at the end of my street that's been there for 5 years.
