Great ideas: BLT bowls and the grilled cheese and bacon sandwiches.

We really enjoy the candied bacon but then we really enjoy jerky.

We're also doing "Killed Lettuce" with hot bacon grease/vinegar and sugar dressing.

Take a nice fat hot dog. Slice & fill with cheese. Wrap with bacon. Deep fry or air fry.

We don't have cholesterol issues in our family. To prepare for this annual event, I usually buy up various brands of bacon throughout the year and freeze it. Sticker shock won't hit us this year because it's already in the freezer at cheaper prices. [emoticon]
