Bought a Blackstone 17” last year and love it. Well built and works great. Plenty big for the 2 of us.

Are you thinking size or brand? We have the 17" Blackstone for the two of us and it works very well. We have a larger one at home, but don't see the need while out traveling. We do like the Blackstone very well, but they could have better wind breaks for the burners.

I bought the 22" with the stand and love the thing. I don't hardly use my regular grill anymore. Make sure you follow the seasoning directions and do it properly. I think the Blackstone is well built and good quality but like you say there are others available. Look up who sells what and go look at all the options and decide what is best for you. A griddle can do it all.

Thanks everyone! I think we’re going to do the Blackstone 17 inch. I saw a griddle called a Fire Disc, but quite expensive IMO. I came across a YouTube video on how to season the Blackstone, along with accessory kit. We do have a small cast iron Weber gas grill, but never use it, we use the electric skillet and this Blackstone should be a nice replacement for both.
