It's going to depend when you're going to hit it, morning or early evening I'd avoid it, midday, late evening or night it's fine.

Construction through the city is still a nightmare. Using 270, around the city, is not bad.....outside of rush hour.

What about US30? If not too far north, good road. About 60 miles north of Columbus and 4 lane most (if not all) of it. No problems from Indiana to Wooster, OH a month ago. Only construction was at Mansfield.

Downtown sucks but I270 is so rough you may lose teeth or bruise kidneys going around. Choose your poison.

The 70 still has construction in downtown but its not for very long so I would still go through if its the closest route you have. I would avoid rush hour but other than that it is manageable
