Likely the drip rail on that side of the rig. By the time you see it on the inside, it's probably been leaking for awhile to have soaked thru..

So, roof line and probably forward and back from where you see it in the pic..

You could try to "seal" the outside, but damage is probably already done..

Without seeing it, no way to tell for sure, but that's my initial gut feeling by just the pics.

Good luck! Mitch

An RV with known leak and unknown damage is not an RV I’d consider buying.

Avoid like the plague. Will cost over $3000 to repair.

Ahh... Yes, the AC leaking could do that too.. I missed that.. Good catch johnhicks!

Still.. Depending on how long it's been leaking, could be more damage that just has not shown itself yet?

It would be a good idea to pull the AC unit and inspect further from there...

Seal is just a gasket and you'd have to remove the unit to do that anyway.

Not hard, per se... But a couple person job I'd say.

If they just put a roof on it and you are seeing this, avoid it. It’s one thing to have it happen after you buy it, it’s another to purchase knowing it’s currently their.
