It sounds like Hurricane Nicole did minimal damage other than to those living right along the coast?
Probably the same for the west coast and Hurricane Ian.
I doubt many Florida Snowbirds will be affected unless they were camping right on either coast?

We live in Citrus Springs and Key largo.
As long as you don't want to be right on the water front you won't have any problems.
A mile or two inland, and you are good to go

I'd be more worried about damaged parks not being able to re-open due to high cost of insurance and stricter building codes etc.
Not to mention condo developers swooping in.

Bangkok Baby!!!!
Great food, $10 massages (regular happy not happy ending), play with the elephants, great markets to explore, nearby great beaches, etc....
We'll pick the RV up come spring.
Realistically, the majority of RV parks in Florida are already back online.
The main alternatives are southern Texas and Arizona. When we've taken the RV south for the winter, the Texas coast is our preferred option. Arizona is just brown and Florida is too crammed.

Too many old folks. Demographics says we are at peak babyboomer retirement population, so it should start to gradually ease over the next 10-15yrs.
