How often or what is the latest Alaskan Camping book available?
Looked on Amazon & most recent is almost 10 years old.
We have done the trip 4 times. Winged it every time. Thinking of doing it one more time. We are State Recreation Area type of travellers, very seldom looking for a cookie cutter CG with FHUs.
We are on the hunt for what might have been missed. Rough plan is to depart East Coast end of April & return earlyish September.

You can send away to Yukon Tourism people and they will send you a map a guides that list all the campgrounds in the Territorial Campgrounds free, or at least they did last year when I ordered mine.
For BC you can stop at any Visitors Information centres. ( HelloBC.com) has a list of where theses places are located. See yo up there this summer Tuktoyaktuk is in our plans this year.
