Where does the insert molding go? Roof, sidewall, fifth wheel overhang? Mine trailer has different sizes for different locations. What width does the channel measure?

Get a roll, and replace the whole side. It is not expensive, so don't buy the cheapest oem type quality. The better trim won't shrink as much, and pull away like the pic indicates.

This is very true. I bought some of the thicker aftermarket trim, and it was quite a bit thicker than OEM so it fit the slot much tighter. Jerry speaks truth. [emoticon] I bought 50' of Recpro 1" off Ebay for #13.
