Hmmm, robbed me of the opportunity to learn all about the HydroFlame 8531-ll. But I'll take the win.

Turned on the LP and set the thermostat on the furnace and turned it on. Went outside to check the furnace to see if any thing was clicking, the blower was running! and exhaust was hot! Went back inside and Lu was warming her hands! NICE!

We have the HEAT!!!

I had the same moment with our pop-up tent trailer 20+ years ago. It was rather magical that it came on and immediately DW was over using the vent as a hand warmer.
Then started the quest to keep the battery charged so the heat will stay on.....
