My wife and I are flying into PIE (Clearwater/St Pete) Feb 9 to 19th to get away from the cold for a bit. We thought we'd try to rent a nice smaller size class A (Baystar Sport for example) if possible.
I'm an RVer from a former (married) life and she's not. I thought it would be a good intro to her, maybe buy into the lifestyle and buy one later.
Are there nice RV resorts in the area that may have on-site rentals? Or otherwise any open rental slots in case we rent one from someone nearby on one of the rv rental sites?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Pickings may be a little slight as most of the west coast of Florida is still cleaning up after hurricane Ian. The other problem is that most people make their winter reservations a year in advance leaving little to pick from 2 months out. Good luck and Merry Christmas.

There are a few rental places such as https://midfloridarvrental.com/ in the area. The problem will be finding a site that time of year. Might want to call places like Bay Bayou ( https://www.rvparkflorida.com/) to see if they might have an opening.
