Happy New Year to all, looking to go late summer camping in PEI for 2wks,wondering which campgrounds are suitable for big rigs, have looked up some reviews may not be suitable. Linkletter PP seems ok.We don't want to move every day, it is not a big area, but like to see the island .

We liked Marco Polo Land Campgrounds in Cavendish. Big rig friendly and stayed 7 nights last summer.

Cavendish Campground on opposite side of PEI I had noticed had some large sites. Campground located in a touristy area but park it's self is not. Lots of scenic biking, walking trails.

Twin Shores is one of the best, big rig friendly RV resorts on the Island. Full hook ups, 50 amp, long pull thru's available. Beautiful beach etc. Great par 3 executive golf course beside it (if that's your thing)

We did about 10days on PEI last year. Enough for us. Spent most of the time at Pine Hills CG which is quite central. Typical CG. Big. Seasonals on outside loops. Transients on the inside. Flat grass sites. Great owners with the friendliest doberman ever met. A lab in a dobie body.
