We picked up our new to us 2017 Newmar Essex on Thursday and cannot believe how good it drives. Quiet, no rattles, vey high quality compared to our Monaco dynasty. Night and day difference. Couldn’t be happier!

Congrats. Thats a **very** nice MH you bought. I think you'll also come to think Comfort Drive is a must have. I sure wouldn't want to be without it.

We were staying in Florida, so we went to Atlanta and picked it up and traded in our Monaco. Back to florida, Daytona 500, bike week, then we have to go back to the dealership so they can change out our satellite system on the way back to Kansas. We usually put about 15K a year on, not a lot of sitting in the garage!

I'm no expert in the comfort drive department, but in winds it helps keep the steering wheel centered so you don't have to fight it all day. Also when your driving slow you can set it where you can steer it like a car, almost no resistance at all in the steering.
