Mine and my dad's 68 were flawless, shifted crisp and firm. We both ran the hell out of our trucks during the learning process and it paid off!

The 68 in my truck isn’t the best transmission that I’ve driven. But knock on wood it has been reliable. It will soon be put to the test though.

106,000. It’s always been a dedicated tow vehicle.
