as i understand , the gist is that only those who have real property in South Dakota, not just a mailing address, will be allowed to vote.

2oldman I did the same the ones you are looking at are from 2021 about religion and something else
The two bills are about voting in SD HB 1232 redefines residency requirements for voting
SB 124 Seems to be instructions to the county auditors on how to handle /issue voter registrations
Google: SD SB 124 2023 and click on the introduced link
