Maybe a horse trailer with living quarters???

I think that's what I need to do. Sundowner or Cimarron can custom build whatever we want and it will be built way better than a RV type toyhauler. Thanks

Can build anything with a big enough checkbook….even though there are many plain ole toyhaulers that meet your 12/36 requirement.

Really your best bet is to start going to each manufacturer to see what they offer. Things change over time so hard for owners to know what is being made today. Keeping it at 36' with a 12' garage will be a big challenge. I'd start checking Genesis RV and Grand Design.

Check out The Complete List of Toy Haulers I try to keep it updated with the various manufacturer links.

I have a non garage model. Toys are in the "livable" space.
Never had gas fumes, unless the machine leaks.

did you ever decide on a toyhauler?

I just did a quick search with THOR, HEARTLAND, KEYSTONE (part of Thor) & FOREST RIVER. Here are a few that I found. They are mostly Travel Trailers.

Heartland Pioneer RG28
XLR HYPERLITE 3212 (12'-6" garage)
XLR MICRO BOOST 29XLRE (13' garage)
XLR BOOST 29XLRX (13' garage)
KZ SPORTSTER 311TH10

If you want to stay at or below 36' & want a fiver toyhauler your best bet is an open floor plan (no separate garage). You will have a lot more to choices.

40' Keystone Toyhauler
F350 6.4L DRW to pull the TH
KTM 300 XC-W tpi
Kawasaki KX 100
Honda CRF 150R
Honda CRF 80F
Honda CRF 110F
Honda CRF 450X
Honda Rincon
Polaris RZR 800 Trail
Polaris 50 Outlaw
