Lol and after your recent dealer experience (on CF.com) you have the most reason to be skeptical! That was some next level stuff!
I'll share it briefly , took the truck in for the infamous V06 recall drag link replacement ,they called me nearly 5 hours later we don't have the part . Only to find out when I got home that they had changed my oil .
The worst part of it ,had just changed it a week or so ago ,plus they overfilled it about 2 quarts . Gotta love those dealerships .

Meanwhile it seems it's the Ford guys and Ram guys who can't decide who has the better or worse trucks

Yea I guess I asked for it! For the record I am not a die hard GM guy.
I believe all 3 are making a decent truck.
My goal is to buy a truck and wear it out in about 10 years. I hope to get 300K out of my truck without and major repairs
Yes there are differences, strong points and weak points.
But in the end I would consider owning all 3.

A little more on the "Ball Joints" being bad. My truck is a pavement princess with no off roading no different than the guy in the video. Can't get much easier duty than my truck gets or his concerning ball joint wear.

^Yeah, the old “your ball joints are shot” diagnosis….it’s one of the common schemes by repair shops to generate revenue.
Take a relatively cheap/simple and easy to perform task (for a shop) that is beyond the understanding and abilities of the average non diy vehicle owner on any vehicle not under warranty for that component, and sell it as a “must fix, major problem.”
There are others but a saavy/dishonest tire/brake shop owner just licks his chops everytime he sees a solid axle truck pull up!!

Wait a minute here, I know for a fact that you drive on California highways all winter and commute North in the spring and South in the fall on I-5 in Northern California, which are similar to "off road" roads in other states.
