I suspect the 37" tall sidewall tires has something to do with that.
I am not so sure about that as I have the same tires on my 01 Sport. 33's I think and they are rock solid. They are a 80psi "E" tire I only inflate to around 45psi.

Nice truck but not worth the $$$ IMHO.
Oil and fuel filter access is good but that hose monster is a "NO BUENO" for me. I will tale a couple minutes longer to change the filters for having my engine actually visible. I have the HUD on my Silverado, and never want a truck without it.It was invented for fighter planes, so they could see what they needed to without looking down. best thing since sliced bread.
I get that but they keep making the info screen larger that you DO have to look at to change anything. I think a lot more can happen quickly in a Jet.

Agreed. I've owned and driven more Fords than I care to remember, and they all wander just a bit. It's not bad or dangerous, just a characteristic. Didn't matter what type of suspension either. I've owned or driven 2WD, 4WD, twin I beam, solid axle. I drove Ford shuttle vans when I was a teenager, and Ford ambulances and an F550 rescue truck in my career. Had an E450 motorhome that drove the same way. My current personal 2000 F250 and my work truck, a 2016 F150 both have the slight Ford wander. Dad's newer F350 has it too.

That was because of the Twin I-Beam suspension design. They were bad on tire wear too.
I had one F250 and 2 E350s with the Twin I Beam suspension. Drove all of them well over 100,000 miles. None ever wandered but I did need to get the toe-in adjusted on one of them due to tire wear. Otherwise they were maintenance free and had good tire life. Build dates were from 1991 to 2003. No diesels and no 4wd may have helped.

My dad had a new 67 or 68 F100. Tires went VERY fast!!! He even tried wider front tires. The steering box was bad and it was replaced but no difference. I remember the front suspension being chained down and getting the hell bent out of it, still no better. Later in life I owned a 69 F100 Ranger and it drove like a dream with ZERO tire wear issues.

And todays Twin I Beam has "do not bend" casted into the I beam because of this practice. The twin I-Beam from a highway drivability standpoint is just not a good design and I'm surprised Ford still uses this design on their E Series vans and Super Duty's although they have been improved a little.

Looks like Ford quietly implemented a ninth injector for the regen process and now has a 15k mile OCI for the '23 Power Strokes.

OCI = Oil Change Interval
