Need help to find a replacement fuel door - 2005 Gulfstream

I need some help locating a replacement locking fuel door for our 2005 Gulfstream Class C. The plastic door that cover the gas cap is broken and I need to replace it.

I contacted GS already and they are sold out of replacement doors and suggested that I Google it and I found what I thought was a replacement on Amazon. Welp nope - NO GO, will not work. I tried the Thetford model number 94304 but it will not work for my application.

Anyone got a source for a replacement?

Thetford sell replacement doors without replacing the entire assembly.

Thetford makes the fuel doors on many class c rvs.
Amazon it ! Thetford rv fuel doors.

If you cant match one up, go to a body shop. A good fabricator can fabricate anything.

Trying to figure out where is a good site to host pics.

As far as the replacement part, yeah it should be universal to many motorhomes but I have not done much cross looking yet. I want to go back with the cover for the gas cap area, locking would be nice but not needed. Just want to cover up the ugliness of the gas cap area.

Valpo Camper,

Just out of curiosity, does it HAVE to be a locking fuel door? That might open up some options for you.

There's probably nothing special about the lock used and a local locksmith shop could probably install one on a regular door, if you didn't feel up to the challenge.

Personally, I think the locking cap is more likely to encourage a bad guy to cut your fuel line and steal the gas that way than to move on to another vehicle. In fact, that's even faster than trying to run a siphon. If they want to steal your gas, they'll get it.

Good Luck,

Are there similar class C motorhomes that might use/have the same fuel fill door? Maybe check other makes/models for similar parts.
If you can't find a door, maybe switch to a locking fuel cap.
