My TT has the gas/electric water heater. What I was wondering is can the gas and the electric switches both be turned on at the same time or is it either or?
We leave electric on all the time. Turn gas on when showering or washing dishes for faster recovery. Never run out of hot water doing this, though we still do navy showers.
Absolutely can use both at same time. This will help keep the water hot while showering, if you enjoy longer showers. The gas normally recovers a bit faster than electric, if just using one or the other.
