As written in the Excelsior Periodico Nacional, PEMEX claims that there will not be a Gazolinaso for the end of the year, anyone that has lived in Mexico long enough knows the the opposit is what will happen.
On the same write up further down they comment on the fact that there might be a price "adjustment", since the country had to import fuel from Eurpo and Asia at higher prices, due to the refinery in Salina Cruz having suffered damage by the hurrycanes and the earthquakes, and they are now beggining to restart the production, also did maintenance and installed two new turbines for electric power.
So knowing Mexican politicians and how they double talk, we will have a stealth Gazolinaso.
