I do not have access to the tank from inside.Only way to get the bleach in to the tank is through external water filling outlet. Now what is the best way to get the bleach in the fresh water tank.I mean should I have to connect a pipe to external filling hole and pour bleach with hand or there is another way to do it.

Time for the Bleach treatment.
Mix 1/4 Cup per 15 Gallons of tank capacity until tank is full. Turn on pump and open all water valves to distribute the mixture. Turn off valves and pump and let sit for at least 12 Hours.
Run more solution thru lines after 12 hours and then drain tank and refill with fresh water. Flush lines and tank until Bleach can no longer be smelled, usually 3 times for my trailer.
