Buy some umbrellas and lawn chairs and put them on a landscape trailer. Plenty of seating and a side ramp model can be your slideout.

That's some serious tow limitations. I'd trade my TV for no less than a Suburban, Expedition, etc.. I'm pulling 5800 dry with a big slide out. I can't imagine how you'll stay within a safe hitch weight, much less actual trailer weight once it's loaded and ready to go. Don't risk safety. One big incident or crash will take all the fun out of it.

Don't think you will find a unit with a slide and two seating areas with those specs.
My 23 foot Surveyor is 4000 lbs dry with no slide and one seating area, a small kitchen table with a bench seat on either side.

I have to agree, my TT weighs 6200# on the CAT scale with 650# of that on the hitch. It is a 25 footer with a slide.

I do not think even 4000# dry weight will get what you need.
Twenty six foot 2010 Dutchmen Lite pulled with a 2011 EcoBoost F-150 4x4.

Just right for Grandpa, Grandma and the dog.

What vehicle are you towing with to have such limitations ?

You may be looking for single axle trailers like the Forrest river r-pods.

Ha, you are joking right? Even my 2003 little Prowler that was only 22' and NO slide had a queen bed up front, for sure, but no real seating and it was #5000 and had at least #650 TW.

I now have a 26' Rockwood that has 2 slides, but only seating for 2 and sleeps 2 and weighs around #7000 and has at least #900 TW...

Good luck! Mitch

400# TW loaded? Good luck with getting the rest of your list with that restriction. If that's dry TW then there are a few Murphy bed units with a dinette slide that barely squeek in.
